There are three methods for obtaining visa information:

  1. The applicant or a representative may come in to the Consulate and speak to a Visa Officer. We are open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for visa services Monday through Friday, except holidays.

  2. If the applicant needs more information than can be obtained from the home page, and lives and works within the area handled by this Consulate, he or she may request visa information by email. The basic information listed below must be included with your request. If you do not receive a reply within three days, please resend your request or use one of the other methods to obtain information.

IMPORTANT: We can only respond to questions regarding visas at this address. For all other questions, return to the home page for the phone number. Click here to send a request for visa information by email.
