Q1 Where can I get infromation on Japanese tourism?
The Consulate provides only general information
about Japan and its culture.
You can find useful information about tourism in
Japan at
the Japan National Tourism Organization(JNTO).
It was established by the Japanese government to
help you plan trips, get maps and various other
helpful hints on traveling in Japan.
Q2. Can the Consulate General of Japan in New York offer Japanese-English translation service?
The Consulate does not offer any translation
services. However, we have a list of places that
do. Please be aware that the Consulate does not
endorse, or recommend any of these places nor is
the Consulate affiliated with any of them. This
is just a list that we have compiled for your
convenience.
