Renowned compositions were performed by Ikuyo Nakamichi in the historic chambers of Ambassador Yamanouchi’s official New York City residence. From a repertoire of Classical and Romantic stylings, Nakamichi-san treated the audience to pieces by Beethoven, Debussy, Brahms, Schumann, and Chopin; an intimate & moving performance.

Ms. Ikuyo Nakamichi is one of Japan's most proficient pianists, with a plethora of musical experience contributing to her outstanding reputation. She has performed as a soloist with leading orchestras in Japan, Europe, and the United States, and has released best-selling CDs of her performances of numerous Classical and Romantic compositions. Ms. Nakamichi also has a significant connection to New York City – her debut recital performance took place at Carnegie Hall in 1999. Her grace and talent on the piano is truly unmatched.
