The 11th Japan International MANGA Award
The Japan International MANGA Award was founded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2007 to promote international exchange and mutual understanding through Manga. Awards are given out by the Award Evaluation Committee in recognition of the best submissions every year.
The application period for the 11th Japan International MANGA Award is from March 17, 2017 to June 16, 2017. Entries must arrive by June 16, 2017. Please be advised that submitted works will not be returned.
Gold Award and the Silver Award winners will be invited to Japan for an award ceremony and for a short trip around Japan as a supplementary prize. The award ceremony is planned to be held February 2018 in Tokyo.
