Cultural Education Outreach (CEO) Program

2025/6/5

Teachers whose students are interested in Japan have a very useful resource at their disposal - The Cultural Education Outreach (CEO) Program. The CEO program team visits for about one hour, which a member of the Japan Information Center shares information about Japan and its culture with students. We can show videos, discuss geography, nature, school life and popular in Japan. We can also engage in activities with the students like origami, ikebana, teach them about language, writing, and of course, give them the chance to ask questions about Japan.

If you would like to set up a visit, please email at goiken@ny.mofa.go.jp. We ask you to give us a few possible dates and at least a few weeks advance notice. We look forward to meeting students with an interest in Japan and its culture.
