The Empire State Building shines White and Red to celebrate Japan's participation in London
The Empire State Building (ESB) celebrates nations competing in London by illuminating each of the four sides of its famed tower lights – north, south, east and west – in the colors of participating countries' flags.
On Monday, July 30, 2012, the Empire State Building will shine its iconic tower lights in white and red on the west side of the building to honor Japan's participation.
